COMMERCIAL FINANCE

De Lage Landen’s Commerrcial Finance team manages the wholesale process and supports C&I dealers and their Floorplan and Rental needs. The Commercial Finance team is responsible for underwriting (credit) decisions, documentation, activation of lines, purchasing of invoices from the vendor partner, billing and collecting from the dealers and the following:

• Dedicated lines of credit exclusively for Vendor Floor Plan/Inventory Financing programs.
• Rental Fleet Financing.

Provide daily utilization report in excel format.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

De Lage Landen’s Asset Management group will support its vendor partners’ sales revenue and growth objectives as well as creating value through our Life Cycle Asset Management philosophy. This includes the management of the asset during its entire life from lease origination to lease termination. In addition, the team effectively manages residual risk and maintains our competitive position in the marketplace by completing periodic portfolio reviews, secondary market analysis, realized residual forecasting, and sensitivity analysis. The following are additional benefits this team of experts will deliver to vendors and their dealers:

• Dealers choose to improve monthly payments using rate cards or request customized quotes.
• First right of refusal for dealers for off lease equipment.
• Access to used equipment website for authorized dealers is provided.
• Dealer “end-of-term” options for residual leases.
• Equipment sold at auction as last option.
• Additional services such as asset tracking, asset valuation, inspection and remarketing.

STRATEGIC MARKETING SUPPORT

De Lage Landen’s dedicated Construction and Industrial Strategic Marketing team will support its vendor partners’ global sales and marketing business plans and objectives, while bringing localized brand awareness and value add initiatives to the market place. From on-boarding a new program through private-label or co-branded support to developing on going industry-specific marketing strategies, the C&I Marketing group becomes an extension of the vendor partner’s team to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy and offers the following support to its partners, but not limited to:

• Dealer Value-Add Marketing Campaigns
• End-User Retention Programs
• Customer Prospecting Initiatives- drive incremental market share

De Lage Landen within the United States offers financing solutions to the public sector market including equipment financing for state, local and federal government entities as well as 501C(3) Not-for-profits. The following Public Finance products are offered:

SYNDICATION

De Lage Landen leverages its Structured Finance Group (SFG) to offer complete support to its vendors in markets that are outside DLL’s in-country network, industry exposure and customer concentration. SFG uses it’s current in place network to broker transactions through three unique avenues:

• De Lage Landen’s parent company Rabobank who is located in 45 countries.
• De Lage Landen’s current Bank Partners who are utilized to fund transactions located in countries where De Lage Landen operates and on occasion in ones that they do not.
• Other partners to be developed on as needed bases by the vendor.

De Lage Landen’s SFG will act as lead coordinator with the various funding sources to find either an in-country or cross border facility that meets the local customers and vendor’s needs.
