De Lage Landen number 1 in Customer Satisfaction

On Thursday 25 September Incompany 100 awarded De Lage Landen for their achievement of the number 1 rating in customer satisfaction in the Netherlands. Jan Kusters (President GBU Financial Institutions) received the award during the awards ceremony in the Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam. Incompany 100 is a magazine publishing razor-sharp reports on how customers judge consulting companies, ranging from accountants, corporate finance agencies, management consultants to lawyers.

On behalf of Incompany, Blauw Research contacted 150.000 decision makers of organizations with a minimum of 20 members. More than 5.000 responded to the request and have ranked the service, compliance with agreements, professionalism and branch knowledge, integrity and price-quality ratio. The higher the numbers, the higher the position in Incompany 100.

De Lage Landen is moving from a transaction focused organization to a customer focused organization. In particular, our attitude towards our customers is highly appreciated. This has its effect on the ranking. After years of improving ratings, De Lage Landen has reached the number one position in 2008.
