De Lage Landen wins Vendor Lessor of the Year Award

Eindhoven, The Netherlands, 13th November – De Lage Landen International B.V. wins Vendor Lessor of the Year award. The award was presented at the annual Leasing Life Asset Finance awards dinner in Brussels on the 12th November 2008 where the industry’s leading players were acknowledged for their achievements over the last 12 months.

Jan Kusters, President of global business unit Financial Institutions accepted the prize on behalf of De Lage Landen. ‘Earlier this year we won the Number One rating in Customer Satisfaction by the independent InCompany 100 in our Dutch home market. And now, with the Vendor Lessor of the Year Award we are being recognized on an international scale as well. Obviously, we’re very proud of this.’

Alongside De Lage Landen several competitors were nominated for the Vendor Lessor of the Year Award. A panel of independent analysts and consultants specializing in the asset finance & leasing industry named De Lage Landen winner based on a combination of growth, innovation, profitability, corporate social responsibility and customer service.
