Frans Overdijk appointed Chief Financial Officer De Lage Landen Group

De Lage Landen International B.V., a global provider of high-quality asset-based financing products to manufacturers and distributors of capital goods, announced that per August 1st, Frans Overdijk joined the company’s Executive Board in the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Frans looks back on more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has held several senior management positions at Rabobank Group. For the last seven years he was one of the two board members at FGH Bank in Utrecht. He is a member of both the Supervisory Board of Rabo Cultuur Bank and of the Rabo Groen Bank Supervisory Board, a subsidiary of Rabobank that concentrates on so-called ‘green’ investments.

Moreover, Frans is familiar with De Lage Landen because his portfolio included our company in one of his previous roles at Control Rabobank Group. This gives him a flying start.’

Frans will be based in the company’s headquarters in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
