This process begins by making a systematic inventory of the relevant legislation, regulations and tracking developments in the field of social standards for reputable business practices.

In order to ensure that sustainability is embedded in the daily activities, sustainable behavior is covered in our employee ‘compliance code’. Furthermore strong Executive Board commitment on sustainabilty related issues is ensured via our Business Principles Committee. This committee consisting of senior management from different functional domains reviews our sustainabilty ambitions, procedures and performance on a quarterly basis.
