De Lage Landen Executive Board

Our governing body is our Executive Board, which consists of five directors. These Executive Board Directors are based at our “Corporate Center” – our head office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and Wayne (USA). They are:

Chief Executive Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer, Ronald Slaats
Ronald has overall responsibility for De Lage Landen and its business results.

Chief Commercial Officer for Banking Services and Car Lease and acting Chief Risk Officer, Jan Kusters
Jan manages our relationships with both our parent company, the Rabobank, and with other customer finance and financial institutions.

Chief Commercial Officer for Global Business Units, Bill Stephenson 
Bill is responsible for the overall operations of the Global Business Units within our Vendor Finance activities: Food and Agriculture, Healthcare, Construction and Industrial, Office Equipment, Technology Finance, and Transportation. He also oversees our Commercial and Public Finance, Marketing and Global Structured Finance activities which provide products and services to our vendor finance partners.

Group Chief Operating Officer, Marc Cootjans
Marc is responsible for regional operations delivered through our Country Service Units in Europe, Latin America, the USA, Asia Pacific and Canada.
