Corporate functions

Besides our Executive Board, our corporate functions are: Audit, Corporate Communications, Finance, General Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management and Tax. These are all located in Eindhoven. Our Treasury department is located in Dublin, Ireland.

These specialized departments have responsibility for De Lage Landen as a whole. They advise and support our Executive Board in strategy development and policy establishment, and have a consultative role with our Global Business Units.

In line with Dutch statutory requirements, we also have a Supervisory Board, which oversees the work of Executive Board. This Board is led by Piet van Schijndel, Chairman of the Rabobank International Managing Board.
