Our Management

Our governing body is our Executive Board, which consists of five directors. These Executive Board Directors are based at our “Corporate Center” – our head office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and Wayne (USA).

As part of the Rabobank Group, De Lage Landen is not a publicly listed company. However, like our parent company, we closely follow international trends in corporate governance and adhere to the latest principles in this field.

Besides our Executive Board, our corporate functions are: Audit, Corporate Communications, Finance, General Affairs, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management and Tax. These are all located in Eindhove
