Financial statement policy
De Lage Landen International B.V. is exempt from publishing its financial statements, because Rabobank Nederland (the ultimate parent company) has issued a guarantee in accordance with Article 403 Section 9 Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code. The income statements and balance sheets are based on the financial information prepared for consolidation purposes of Rabobank Nederland.
Regardless of the fact that we are exempt from publishing our financial statements, we do value providing you with an overview of our performance. This is why we have developed the Facts & Figures brochure. The Facts & Figures brochure will be made available every year in the first quarter. In addition we will make a condensed Mid Year Facts & Figures leaflet on line available for download.
