Operational Analyst for the Project Office of the Country Service Unit in the Netherlands

Having finished my bachelor in Facility Management and post bachelor business administration, I started working for NS, the Dutch Railways. After 3 years of experience I got the opportunity to work for a global leader in leasing and financing solutions, De Lage Landen. I was a bit anxious about making the transition to DLL, because I really enjoyed the atmosphere at NS and wasn’t sure what my new work environment would be like. However, the people at DLL made me feel at ease right away. I was welcomed with open arms. Because of the open culture and people who are genuinely interested in you, you get every opportunity to get to know your colleagues and the company itself.

I work as an Operational Analist for the Project Office of the Country Service Unit in the Netherlands. Together with my colleages I work towards a common goal. As a project leader I work for different projects with the aim of improving business operations and making them more efficient. One of the strengths of DLL is the willingness to critically examine its own activities and making the required changes. This all makes my job both challenging and very interesting.
