Fast-paced international careers for young professionals

Want to move fast in an international career with opportunities for rapid professional and personal development?

We offer exciting possibilities for young professionals with a minimum of Bachelor’s level qualifications and 3 to 7 years work experience. You’ll be joining a global leader in leasing and finance solutions. While we partner with some of the world’s largest companies, our organization remains relatively small and informal. So you will enjoy responsibility from the start and come into contact with colleagues at all levels, including senior management.

As we believe success comes from cooperation, you will be encouraged to build close relationships with your fellow De Lage Landen members and our customers. From day one, you will work in international teams with colleagues around the world. Indeed, we expect our young professionals to be eager to work in a multi-cultural environment and accept posts abroad.

If you have the ability and drive to progress quickly, you can. Our organization is flexible, with short paths to senior positions. Success is in your hands, although we will help by giving you the tools and training you need to make it happen. We offer an extensive training curriculum and we constantly monitor the progress of all our employees. We will support your potential with coaching, mentoring and career openings to match.

What could you be doing at De Lage Landen?
Young professionals join us in all kinds of roles: sales and account managers, financial analysts and controllers, HR business partners, legal counsels, and in our operations environment. For many roles, we look for a general business background and relevant skills, but our sales and account managers must have experience in the financial industry.

Young Entrepreneurial Network
Networking and knowledge-sharing are important for all professionals. In our people-focused business, they are especially vital. Our Young Entrepreneurial Network is open to all De Lage Landen employees under the age of 36. It’s a great way to share experience and best practices at both formal and informal events.
