As well as having the relevant in-depth knowledge (excellent results in your studies and internships), you should be eager to take on responsibility and leadership. We are particularly interested in applicants with a degree in Economics, Business Administration and International Management. However, if you have a different academic background at equivalent level and think you may be suitable, please contact us.

How does the application process work?
Your entry into the De Lage Landen International Management Trainee Program takes place in two stages. First, we examine your application and evaluate it based on criteria including your degree, internships, experience abroad and leadership potential.

If you are selected as a candidate, you will then be invited to take part in our International Management Trainee Selection Event. This will give you the opportunity to convince us of your personal and interpersonal skills.

You will have interviews with our Human Resources personnel and senior De Lage Landen Management and take part in business case studies. These will allow us to compare your professional skills with the capabilities required for the program.

What should my application include?
A good application should include a covering letter explaining your motivation for the program and your professional interests. You should also enclose a CV, relevant certificates (from your studies and internships, etc.), as well as any further proof of qualifications where appropriate.
