• You have a graduate degree (MSc, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, International Management or similar
• You are a networker, full of initiative, flexible and development-oriented
• You fit our core competencies: cooperative, accountable, knowledgeable and entrepreneurial
• You have up to 2 years work experience
• You have substantial international experience, either through study or (volunteer) work
• You have some experience in leading / managing others, demonstrated through your extra-curricular activities
• You have an international focus: you are willing and eager to work and live abroad
• You speak and write English fluently
